I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in 2019 and my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in 2022. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate supervised by Angela Bulls, LPC-S.
My passion is helping individuals, couples, and parents better understand themselves, their relationships, and the nervous system patterns that influence the way they connect with others. I specialize in supporting clients who feel emotionally overwhelmed, disconnected, stuck in unhealthy patterns, or unsure how to navigate life transitions, relationships, parenting stress, or self-worth struggles.
I believe many emotional and relational difficulties are not signs of failure, but signs of unmet needs, chronic stress, attachment wounds, or nervous system dysregulation. Therapy provides a space to slow down, build self-awareness, and develop healthier ways of responding to yourself and the people around you.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in attachment theory, nervous system awareness, mindfulness, and evidence-based therapeutic practices. I integrate concepts from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Gestalt Therapy, and relational approaches to help clients increase emotional regulation, strengthen communication, improve self-esteem, and create more secure and fulfilling relationships.
For couples, I have completed Level 1 and Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy, an evidence-based approach developed by John Gottman and Julie Gottman. This training helps me support couples in improving communication, rebuilding connection, navigating conflict, and strengthening emotional intimacy.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, parenting stress, emotional burnout, or major life changes, I strive to provide a safe, supportive, and judgment-free environment where you can feel understood and empowered to grow.
Reaching out for counseling can feel vulnerable, especially when you are used to handling everything on your own. But healing does not have to happen alone. Therapy can help you better understand your patterns, reconnect with yourself, and move toward the life and relationships you truly want.
You are worthy of support, growth, and meaningful connection.
